Overview

The Users page provides comprehensive user management capabilities for creating, editing, and managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access control within the system.

Key Features

1. User Search & Filtering

Search Bar: Real-time search across user names, emails, roles, and other user details
Advanced Filters: Access via filter icon (🔍) to apply complex filtering
Filter Options:
Status: Filter by Active, Inactive, or other user statuses
Roles: Filter by specific user roles
Sort By: Choose from available columns (ID, Name, Email, etc.)
Order: Ascending or Descending
Last Login: Filter by last login dates
Created Date: Filter by account creation dates
Department: Filter by user departments

2. User Table View

The main table displays user information with the following key columns:

Core Columns

ID: Unique user identifier
Name: User's full name
Email: User's email address
Phone: Contact phone number
Status: Current user status (Active/Inactive)

Role & Permission Information

Roles: Assigned user roles
Permissions: User permission levels
Access Level: System access level
Department: User's department or team

Activity Information

Last Login: Most recent login date and time

Enter your email address
Check your inbox for a password reset link
Follow the instructions to create a new password

Troubleshooting

Can't log in?

Verify your email address is correct
Check that Caps Lock is not enabled
Ensure you're using the correct password
Contact your administrator if your account may be locked

Session expired?

For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity
Simply log in again to continue working

Overview

The Order Tracking page provides comprehensive order management and tracking capabilities for monitoring order status, logistics, and fulfillment across inbound and outbound orders.

Key Features

1. Order Type Tabs

Inbound Orders: Orders received from suppliers/vendors
Outbound Orders: Orders sent to customers/buyers
Tab Navigation: Switch between order types using the tab interface
Auto-refresh: Data updates automatically when switching tabs

2. Order Search & Filtering

Search Bar: Real-time search across order IDs, buyer/seller names, and other order details
Advanced Filters: Access via filter icon (🔍) for detailed filtering options
Filter Options:
Status: Filter by order status (Pending, Approved, Shipped, Delivered, etc.)

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your account's key metrics and alerts.

Dashboard Tiles

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary tiles showing:

Orders Awaiting Approval (Outbound) - Orders pending your review
Orders Delayed (Outbound) - Outbound orders past their expected delivery
Orders Delayed (Inbound) - Inbound orders past their expected delivery
Delivery Issues (Outbound) - Orders with delivery problems

Filtering Dashboard Data

Use the filter controls to narrow down the data:

Click the Filter icon to toggle filters
Select a specific Month to view data for that period
Choose Products to filter by specific items
Select a Warehouse to see warehouse-specific data

Orders Chart

The horizontal bar chart displays order counts by status:

Declined, Pending, Processing, Shipped, In Transit, On Hold, Delivered, Delayed, and Delivery Issues

Demand Trends

The Demand Trends Over Time chart shows outbound order patterns, helping you identify seasonal trends and plan inventory accordingly.

Alerts Panel

The right side of the dashboard shows:

Order Alerts - Recent order notifications requiring attention
Inventory Alerts - Stock level warnings and reorder notifications

Click Review to see pending orders

Viewing Order List

The order list displays:

Order ID and P.O./S.O. numbers
Placed date and created by
Seller/Buyer information
Order quantity and item count
Warehouse details
Delivery dates

Filtering Orders

Use the Search bar to find orders by ID or reference number
Click Filters to access advanced filtering:

Filter by status
Filter by seller/buyer accounts
Filter by products
Filter by warehouses
Filter by date range

Click Apply to filter or Reset to clear

Reviewing an Order

Click on an order row to open details
Review the Order Summary:

Buyer/Seller information
Warehouse details
Order dates

Review Order Items:

Products and quantities
Current inventory levels

Check Attachments and Notes

Approving Orders

For pending orders you need to approve:

Open the order details
Click Accept to approve
Select the appropriate warehouse
Add any notes
Click Approve to confirm

Declining Orders

Click Decline

Accessing Jobs

Navigate to Settings > Jobs (or Manage > Jobs)
View the list of all background jobs

Job Information

Each job displays:

ID - Unique job identifier
Type - Job type (import, export, etc.)
Resource - What's being processed (products, orders, etc.)
Created At - When the job started
Ended At - When the job completed
Status - Current state
Total Records - Number of items processed
Failed Records - Items that couldn't be processed

Job Statuses
