Overview

The Jobs Management page provides comprehensive job monitoring and management capabilities for tracking background jobs, batch processes, data imports, exports, and system operations within the platform.

1. Job Search & Filtering

  • Search Bar: Real-time search across job types, resources, status, and other job details
  • Advanced Filters: Access via filter icon (🔍) to apply complex filtering
  • Filter Options:
  • Job Type: Filter by specific job types (Import, Export, Processing, etc.)
  • Status: Filter by job status (Running, Completed, Failed, Pending, etc.)
  • Sort By: Choose from available columns (ID, Type, Status, etc.)
  • Order: Ascending or Descending
  • Date Range: Filter by creation or completion dates
  • Resource: Filter by specific resources or accounts
  • Duration: Filter by job execution time


2. Job Table View

The main table displays job information with the following key columns:


Core Columns

  • ID: Unique job identifier
  • Type: Type of job (Import, Export, Processing, etc.)
  • Resource: Resource or account associated with the job
  • Status: Current job status with color-coded indicators
  • Created At: When the job was initiated
  • Ended At: When the job completed (if finished)


Performance Metrics

  • Total Records: Number of records processed
  • Failed Records: Number of records that failed processing

  • Duration: Time taken to complete the job
  • Progress: Current progress percentage (for running jobs)


Job Details

  • Priority: Job priority level
  • Scheduled Time: When the job was scheduled to run

3. Job Status Types

Status Types
