Track Orders


Learn how to track and manage ongoing orders in Vintaflow.


Accessing Order Tracking


  1. Navigate to Orders from the sidebar
  2. Click Tracking to see active orders


Order Tracking Tabs


  • Inbound - Orders you're receiving
  • Outbound - Orders you're sending


Order Statuses


Orders progress through these statuses:


Status

Description

Processing

Order is being prepared

Shipped

Order has been dispatched

In Transit

Order is on the way

On Hold

Order is temporarily paused

Delivered

Order has arrived

Delayed

Order is past expected date

Cancelled

Order was cancelled


Viewing Order Details


Click any order to see:

  • Complete order summary
  • Logistics and shipping info
  • Shipment tracking (with map view)
  • Order items with quantities
  • Attachments and notes
  • Order history timeline


Updating Order Status


If you have permission to update orders:


  1. Open the order details
  2. Click the status dropdown next to the order ID
  3. Select the new status
  4. The order will be updated automatically


Shipment Tracking


For orders with tracking numbers:


  1. Click View Tracking or the tracking icon
  2. See the shipment map and tracking timeline
  3. View carrier information and estimated arrival


Flagging Orders


Use flags to highlight important orders:


  1. Click the flag icon on any order
  2. Select a color (red, orange, yellow, green, blue)
  3. Or select None to remove the flag


Exporting Order Data


  1. Click Export button
  2. Select the file format (CSV or Excel)
  3. Choose which columns to include
  4. Click Export to download
