# Reports

Learn how to generate and analyse reports in Vintaflow.

## Accessing Reports

1. Navigate to **Reports** from an account's sub-section
2. Choose a tab

## Report Types

Reports are organised into four tabs:

| Tab | Answers |
|-----|---------|
| **Performance** | How have orders and stock positions moved over time? |
| **Inventory** | What stock do we hold, and where? |
| **Shipments** | Where are our shipments right now? |
| **Fulfilment** | Are we delivering on time? |

## Performance

A consolidated weekly view combining stock position and flows. Bars carry the on-hand position, split at the current week between **Historical** and **Forecasted**. Lines carry the flows - **Inbound** and **Outbound** - plus a coverage metric on the right axis.

## Inventory

Current and projected stock levels by product and warehouse, with weekly columns and totals.

## Shipments

A live 3D globe showing vessels, routes, and ports. This view is covered in detail in [Shipment Tracking](https://help.vintaflow.com/en/article/shipment-tracking-sbfr6x/).

## Fulfilment

Delivery reliability analysis. The tab includes:

* **Deliveries by day, graded by lateness**
* **Late vs on-time orders by account**
* **Late rate by account and month**
* **Order flow between accounts**
* **Planned vs actual transit by lane**

## Filtering Reports

The left panel is a tree-based filter:

* **Account Types** - filter by producer, distributor, retailer, or your own types
* **Accounts** - specific accounts
* **Warehouses** - specific locations
* **Date Range** - the reporting period
* **Products** - specific items

1. Expand the account type tree
2. Tick or untick nodes to include or exclude them
3. Set the date range
4. Select products
5. Click **Apply** to generate, or **Reset** to clear

## Reading the Results

The right panel shows a chart and a data table. The table lists UPC and product name with weekly columns, totals, and aggregates. Hover any chart point for exact values.

## Exporting Reports

1. Click **Export**
2. Select the format - CSV or Excel
3. Choose which columns to include
4. Click **Export**
