Reports

Learn how to generate and analyze reports in Vintaflow.

Accessing Reports

1. Navigate to Reports from an account's sub-section
2. Choose your report type

Report Types

Performance Reports

Track order performance over time:

• Orders by product and time period
• Delivery metrics
• Fulfillment rates

Inventory Reports

Analyze stock levels:

• Current inventory by product
• Stock movement trends
• Warehouse utilization

Report Interface

Left Panel - Filters

Tree-based selection for:

• Account Types - Filter by Producer, Distributor, Retailer
• Accounts - Select specific accounts
• Warehouses - Narrow down to specific locations
• Date Range - Set the reporting period
• Products - Choose specific products

Right Panel - Results

• Chart - Visual representation of data
• Data Table - Detailed numbers by product

Filtering Reports

1. Expand the account type tree on the left
2. Check/uncheck nodes to include or exclude
3. Set the date range using the date picker
4. Select products from the products tree
5. Click Apply to generate the report
6. Click Reset to clear all filters

Understanding the Chart

The chart shows:

• Weekly/monthly trends
• Color-coded metrics
• Hover for detailed values

Data Table

The table displays:

• UPC and Product Name
• Weekly columns with values
• Totals and aggregates

Exporting Reports

1. Click Export
2. Select format (CSV/Excel)
3. Choose columns to include
4. Click Export to download

Switching Views

Use the tabs at the top to switch between:

• Performance view
• Inventory view
