Manage Warehouses
Warehouses Management
Learn how to create and manage warehouses in Vintaflow.
Viewing Warehouses
- Navigate to Warehouses from an account's sub-section
- Browse the warehouse list
Warehouse Information
Each warehouse displays:
- ID - Unique identifier
- Code - Short reference code
- Name - Warehouse name
- Location - Physical address
- Total Capacity - Maximum storage (cases)
- Utilized Capacity - Current usage (cases)
- Product Range - Number of products stored
- Manager - Assigned manager
- Status - Active/Inactive
Creating a Warehouse
- Click Create Warehouse
- Fill in the required details:
- Name (required)
- Code (required)
- Location
- Total Storage Capacity
- Lead Time (weeks)
- Manager
- Click Create to save
Editing a Warehouse
- Click the edit icon on a warehouse row
- Modify the details
- Click Save to update
Viewing Warehouse Details
Click a warehouse to see:
- Complete warehouse information
- Products stored in this warehouse
- Connected supply chain warehouses
- Inventory levels
Warehouse Connections
Warehouses are connected in the supply chain:
- Upstream connections - Where stock comes from
- Downstream connections - Where stock goes to
- Lead Time - Transit time between warehouses
Filtering Warehouses
- Use Search to find warehouses by name or code
- Click Filters for advanced options:
- Filter by status
- Filter by date range
- Sort by any column
Exporting Warehouse Data
- Click Export
- Select format (CSV/Excel)
- Choose columns to include
- Click Export to download
