Supply Chain Management


Learn how to view and manage your supply chain network in Vintaflow.


Accessing Supply Chain


  1. Navigate to Supply Chain from an account's sub-section
  2. View your network connections


Supply Chain Views


Graph View

Visual representation of your supply chain network:

  • Nodes represent accounts/warehouses
  • Lines show connections between nodes
  • Flow direction indicates upstream/downstream relationships


Table View

List format showing all connected accounts:

  • Account name and type
  • Connected warehouses
  • Relationship type
  • Status


Understanding Supply Chain Relationships


  • Upstream - Suppliers who send products to you
  • Downstream - Buyers who receive products from you
  • Self-Managed - Accounts with their own system access
  • Ghost Accounts - Accounts managed by parent entities


Viewing Supply Chain Node Details


Click on any node to see:

  • Account information
  • Manager contact details
  • VAT ID / Customer ID
  • Connected warehouses
  • Related supply chains (upstream/downstream)


Managing Permissions


For self-managed accounts in your network:

  1. Click the gear icon on the account
  2. Configure what actions they can perform
  3. Save the permission settings


Adding Supply Chain Connections


New connections are typically established through:

  1. Account creation with parent relationships
  2. Warehouse-to-warehouse connections
  3. Approval workflows for new partners


Filtering Supply Chain


Use the toggle to filter by:

  • Upstream connections only
  • Downstream connections only



Click View Related Accounts to see all accounts connected through your supply chain, filtered by account type or relationship.
