Products Management

Learn how to manage your product catalog in Vintaflow.

Viewing Products

1. Navigate to Products from the sidebar
2. Browse the product list showing UPC, Vintage, Name, Producer, and Origin

Product Information

Each product displays:

• UPC - Universal Product Code
• SKU - Stock Keeping Unit
• Vintage - Year/version identifier
• Product Name - Full product description
• Producer - Manufacturing account
• Region of Origin - Geographic source
• Production Lead Time - Time to produce (for account-level view)

Searching and Filtering

1. Use the Search bar to find products by name, UPC, or SKU
2. Click Filters to apply advanced filters:

• Sort by any column
• Filter by product type
• Filter by producer
• Filter by date range

3. Click Apply or Reset

Customizing Columns

1. Click the column selector dropdown
2. Check/uncheck columns to show or hide them
3. Your preferences are saved automatically

Adding a New Product

1. Click Add Product
2. Fill in the required fields:

• UPC Code (required)
• Product Name (required)
• SKU (auto-generated or custom)
• Vintage
• Producer
• Region of Origin
• Production Type (MTS/MTO)
• Production Lead Time

3. Click Create to save the product

Editing a Product

1. Click on a product row to open details
2. Modify the fields as needed
3. Click Save to update

Importing Products in Bulk

1. Click Upload button
2. Select file type (CSV or Excel)
3. Choose a data mapping template or create new
4. Select your file
5. Check the acknowledgment box
6. Click Upload to import

Exporting Products

1. Click Export button
2. Select file format
3. Choose columns to include
4. Click Export to download
