Inventory Management


Learn how to manage and forecast inventory in Vintaflow.


Accessing Inventory


  1. Navigate to Inventory from the sidebar (or account sub-section)
  2. Select a Warehouse from the dropdown


Inventory List View


The inventory table shows for each product:

  • SKU - Stock keeping unit
  • Product Name - Description
  • Variants - Number of product variants
  • On Hand - Current stock quantity
  • Pending Outbound - Reserved for outgoing orders
  • Pending Inbound - Expected from incoming orders
  • Weeks on Hand - How long current stock will last
  • Next Out of Stock - Predicted stockout date
  • Last/Next Inbound - Recent and upcoming deliveries
  • Next Order - Recommended reorder date


Inventory Parameters


Each product has planning parameters:

  • MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity
  • TCP - Target Coverage Period (review period)
  • MCP - Maximum Coverage Period
  • SSM - Safety Stock Multiplier


Viewing Product Inventory Details


Click on a product to see the detailed inventory view:


Inventory Forecast Chart

  • Blue line - Historical inventory levels
  • Projected line - Forecasted inventory
  • Weekly breakdown of expected stock levels


Weekly Inventory Table

  • Historical data (left side)
  • Forecasted data (right side)
  • Key metrics per week:
  • Beginning Inventory
  • Demand
  • Pending Inbound
  • Pending Outbound
  • Ending Inventory


Navigating Time Periods


Use the navigation arrows to:

  • Scroll backward to view historical data
  • Scroll forward to see future projections


Filtering Inventory


  1. Use Search to find specific products
  2. Click Filters for advanced options:
  • Filter by status (Active/Inactive)
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by forecast date range
  • Sort by any column


Inventory Alerts


Alerts highlight products needing attention:

  • Low Stock - Below safety stock threshold
  • Stockout Risk - Predicted to run out soon
  • Overstock - Above maximum coverage
