Import Data


Learn how to bulk import data into Vintaflow using CSV or Excel files.


Supported Import Types


  • Products - Bulk upload product catalog
  • Orders - Import multiple orders at once
  • Inventory - Update stock levels in bulk


Import Process Overview


  1. Prepare your data file
  2. Select or create a data mapping template
  3. Upload the file
  4. Review and confirm import


Preparing Your File


File Formats

  • CSV - Comma-separated values
  • Excel (.xlsx) - Microsoft Excel format


File Requirements

  • First row must contain column headers
  • Data should be clean with no special characters
  • Required fields must be filled


Using Data Mapping Templates


Templates map your file columns to Vintaflow fields.


Using an Existing Template

  1. Click Upload on the relevant page (Products, Orders, etc.)
  2. Select File Type (CSV or Excel)
  3. Choose your template from Data Mapping Template dropdown
  4. Select your file


Creating a New Template

  1. Click Create Template link
  2. Enter a Template Name
  3. Map each system field to your file's column name:
  • System Value (Vintaflow field) → Template Value (your column header)
  1. Click Create
  2. Download the template for future reference


Importing Products


  1. Go to Products
  2. Click Upload
  3. Select file type and template
  4. Click the upload area and select your file
  5. Check the acknowledgment box
  6. Click Upload


Required Product Fields

  • UPC Code
  • Product Name
  • SKU


Importing Orders


  1. Go to Orders > Review
  2. Click Upload
  3. Follow the same process as products


Required Order Fields

  • Seller/Buyer Account
  • Products and quantities
  • Warehouse information
  • Delivery dates


Sample Templates


Download sample templates to see the expected format:

  • Click Download Sample CSV in the upload modal
  • Use this as a starting point for your data


Import Tips


  • Always verify your data before importing
  • Start with a small test file first
  • Check the Jobs page for import status
  • Failed records will be listed for review
