Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your account's key metrics and alerts.

Dashboard Tiles

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary tiles showing:

• Orders Awaiting Approval (Outbound) - Orders pending your review
• Orders Delayed (Outbound) - Outbound orders past their expected delivery
• Orders Delayed (Inbound) - Inbound orders past their expected delivery
• Delivery Issues (Outbound) - Orders with delivery problems

Filtering Dashboard Data

Use the filter controls to narrow down the data:

1. Click the Filter icon to toggle filters
2. Select a specific Month to view data for that period
3. Choose Products to filter by specific items
4. Select a Warehouse to see warehouse-specific data

Orders Chart

The horizontal bar chart displays order counts by status:

• Declined, Pending, Processing, Shipped, In Transit, On Hold, Delivered, Delayed, and Delivery Issues

Demand Trends

The Demand Trends Over Time chart shows outbound order patterns, helping you identify seasonal trends and plan inventory accordingly.

Alerts Panel

The right side of the dashboard shows:

• Order Alerts - Recent order notifications requiring attention
• Inventory Alerts - Stock level warnings and reorder notifications
